- Definitions:
a. "Send Direct Ltd" refers to the SameDay courier service provider.
b. "Customer" refers to the party engaging Send Direct Ltd for courier services.
c. "Subcontractors" refers to third-party entities engaged by Send Direct Ltd for service provision. - Service Description:
Send Direct Ltd offers SameDay courier services for the prompt delivery of packages within the United Kingdom. - Booking and Payment:
a. Customers can book services through the Send Direct Ltd platform or by contacting customer support.
b. Payment terms are agreed upon booking and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. - Delivery Guarantee:
a. Send Direct Ltd is committed to delivering packages on the same day, subject to factors beyond reasonable control (e.g., adverse weather, traffic).
b. In the event of a delay, Send Direct Ltd will communicate promptly with the Customer. - Liability and Insurance:
a. Send Direct Ltd is liable for the value of the package, up to the agreed insurance coverage.
b. Customers are encouraged to declare the accurate value of items to ensure appropriate insurance coverage. - Subcontractors:
a. Send Direct Ltd may engage subcontractors to fulfill courier services.
b. Subcontractors are bound by the same standards and terms as outlined in this agreement.
c. Send Direct Ltd remains responsible for the performance and conduct of subcontractors. - Confidentiality:
a. Send Direct Ltd and its subcontractors will treat all information related to packages and deliveries as confidential. - Cancellation and Amendments:
a. Customers may cancel or amend bookings within the specified timeframe, as outlined in Send Direct Ltd's policies.
b. Cancellation fees may apply. - Force Majeure:
Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control. - Governing Law:
a. This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. - Termination:
a. Send Direct Ltd reserves the right to terminate services if the Customer violates the terms outlined in this agreement. - Amendments:
a. Send Direct Ltd may update these terms, and Customers will be notified of any changes.
By engaging Send Direct Ltd's services, the Customer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. This document constitutes the entire agreement between Send Direct Ltd and the Customer.
